Salesnet Integration
"Salesnet's open and extensible architecture allows you to easily connect your business systems."
Salesnet offers a turnkey solution for sales, but is designed to easily integrate with existing legacy systems so that you can share information across your organization.
Salesnet offers a variety of scalable, open and powerful integration methods, with choices to accommodate any level of integration skills and budget. Your own administrator can accomplish simple integration using just mouse clicks, not code. Ramp up is quick, saving you the time and cost associated with typical system integrations.
More robust business integration is achieved using our expansive Web Services API. And if you need a highly customized solution, Salesnet offers professional services to work alongside your team to define and execute the project.
Integration Links
To get the most from your Salesnet implementation, you may need to pass deal information to billing systems, share contact information with marketing for tracking purposes, or retrieve product inventory levels from ERP systems.
For basic types of integration like these examples, Salesnet's integration links provide a simple, yet very powerful way to connect Salesnet with other applications. Integration links allow the user to click on configurable links in Salesnet that take information from the currently displayed Web page and pass it as URL parameters to an external application, in order to perform an action. Integration links can be easily configured by your own Salesnet administrator in a matter of minutes.
Integration-as-a-Service™
Salesnet provides an affordable, low maintenance, packaged server-to-server integration in a monthly pricing model. With a pay-as-you-go arrangement that removes the stereotypical "truckload of consultants," Salesnet has eliminated tedious, expensive and high maintenance approaches to integration. Integration-as-a-Service™ allows companies to quickly and robustly provide real-time and batch-based integration between Salesnet and other business applications, including service center software, back-office/ERP applications, e-mail (e.g. Exchange) and collaboration systems.
In addition, Salesnet offers more than 200 pre-built integrations to business software applications such as Siebel, Lotus Notes, Oracle, SAP and Microsoft Great Plains. Since integration configuration is driven by mouse clicks, not code, a Salesnet administrator can typically achieve integration in less than two weeks.
Web Services API
For companies that need heavyweight, highly customized integration and have access to development resources, the Salesnet Web Services API provides the deepest, most robust and customizable integration architecture possible. This fully documented architecture allows companies to integrate Salesnet data, via XML Web Services, with legacy systems such as those used for call centers, marketing automation and ERP. You can build a bridge for sharing critical customer and sales data across the enterprise and employees only have to enter data once, into one application, instead of entering data several times into different applications. Layered security ensures that only designated users have access to the API.
